Step-by-Step Guide

How to calculate Ihr Teilzeitgehalt step by step: 1. Vollzeit-Bruttogehalt enter: Das aktuelle oder vereinbarte salary bei voller Stelle. 2. Vollzeit- und Teilzeitstunden angeben: Vollzeit z. B. 40 h/week, gewuenschte Teilzeit z. B. 30 h/week. 3. Teilzeitfaktor calculate: Teilzeitstunden / Vollzeitstunden = 30 / 40 = 0,75 (75 %). 4. Teilzeit-gross determine: Vollzeit-gross x Teilzeitfaktor. Bei 4.000 EUR Vollzeit: 4.000 x 0,75 = 3.000 EUR. 5. net calculate: Durch die Steuerprogression ist das net ueberproportional hoch. 25 % weniger gross bedeuten oft nur 18-20 % weniger net. 6. Bei 75 % Teilzeit ueber 10 Jahre fehlen ca. 2,5 pension points (Entgeltpunkte) (ca. 95 EUR/month pension).

Calculation Example

Vollzeit 4.000 EUR gross, 40 h/week. Teilzeit 30 h (75 %): gross 3.000 EUR. net-Verlust: nur ca. 600 EUR statt 780 EUR dank niedrigerem tax rate.
