How are care levels determined?

Care levels are assessed by the MDK (Medical Service) using a point system across six modules: mobility, cognition, self-care, health management, daily activities, and social participation.

What benefits does each care level provide?

Benefits increase with the care level, ranging from 125 euros relief amount (Level 1) to full residential care coverage (Level 5). Each level provides access to care allowance, benefits in kind, and supplementary services.
