Kuerzung calculate: Pro vollem month Elternzeit darf der employer 1/12 des Jahresurlaubs kuerzen (Paragraph 17 Abs. 1 BEEG). Die Kuerzung ist ein Recht, keine Pflicht des Arbeitgebers. 4. Verbleibenden Anspruch determine: Jahresurlaub minus Kuerzung. 5. Resturlaub vor Elternzeit: Nicht genommener Urlaub vor der Elternzeit verfaellt nicht. Er muss im laufenden oder naechsten Urlaubsjahr nach Ende der Elternzeit genommen werden (Paragraph 17 Abs. 2 BEEG). 6. Teilzeit in Elternzeit: Bei Teilzeit waehrend der Elternzeit besteht ein regulaerer Urlaubsanspruch proportional zur Arbeitszeit.
