Nettoentgelt bestimmen: Das letzte abgerechnete Nettogehalt vor dem Ereignis. 3. Verletztengeld calculate: 80 % des Bruttoentgelts, jedoch maximal 100 % des Nettoentgelts. Es gilt der niedrigere Betrag. 4. Beginn: Ab dem day nach dem Unfall, wenn die Arbeitsunfaehigkeit laenger als 3 Kalendertage dauert. In den ersten 6 Wochen zahlt der employer Entgeltfortzahlung, danach die Berufsgenossenschaft Verletztengeld. 5. Dauer: Bis zur Wiederherstellung der Arbeitsfaehigkeit oder Feststellung einer pension. Laengstens 78 Wochen. 6. SV-Beitraege: Der Versicherte traegt die Haelfte der Beitraege zur health insurance (KV), long-term care insurance (PV), pension insurance (RV) und unemployment insurance (AV), die andere Haelfte uebernimmt die Berufsgenossenschaft.
